Last summer I experienced a tremendous hamstring cramp on one of our Tuesday night rides. It was apparent that I had not done a pre-lim stretch. Much to my surprise, a proper stretch is done after a ride once the muscles are warmed up. However, some brief hamstring stretches pre-ride would have helped me eliminate what I encountered. The following are basic and can certainly help your muscles to relax after your ride.
